Your conversations, remembered. Privately.
Brain Memo records your meetings, lectures and calls, then transcribes, summarizes and answers questions about them. All of it runs on your phone. Nothing is uploaded.

How it works
Tap record. Your phone does the rest.
When you stop recording, Brain Memo turns the audio into a transcript, a summary and a to-do list, using AI models that run on the phone itself.

Record or import
Record a meeting, lecture or call, or import a voice note or video you already have.

Read who said what
A full transcript with every speaker labeled. Tap any sentence to hear that moment.

Get the summary
Overview, decisions, open questions and action items, written up and ready to share.

Transcripts
Knows who's talking, even when they switch languages.
Brain Memo separates the voices in a conversation and labels each one. Name a speaker once and it recognizes them in your future recordings.
- Arabic, English, and both mixed in the same sentence
- Tap a line to play it, highlight the parts that matter
- Bookmark moments while you record or listen

Summaries
Notes you didn't have to write.
Pick the kind of recording and get a summary laid out for it. Meetings get decisions and open questions; lectures get key concepts and review questions.
- Templates for meetings, lectures, calls and general notes
- Translate a summary or transcript between Arabic and English
- Export to PDF, plain text or subtitles

Action items
Every "I'll send it Thursday" becomes a task.
Brain Memo pulls out the tasks people agree to, with who owns them and when they're due, and gathers them from all your recordings into one list.
- Owner and due date, taken from the conversation
- Set a reminder on any item
- Check items off as you go

AI Chat
Ask your recordings anything.
"What did I agree to this week?" "Which meetings mentioned the budget?" Ask in Arabic or English and get an answer drawn from your own recordings, with the source named.
- Ask about one recording or all of them
- Search that finds Arabic words however they're spelled
- Answers come from your recordings, not the internet
Privacy
Your recordings never leave your phone.
Most AI note-takers upload your audio to their servers to transcribe it. Brain Memo downloads the AI models to your phone once, then does all the work there.
On-device AI
Transcription, speaker labels, summaries and search all run on your phone's own chip.
Encrypted storage
Transcripts and summaries are stored in an encrypted database on the phone.
App lock
Require your fingerprint, face or PIN to open Brain Memo.
No account
No sign-up, no email, no tracking. Open the app and start recording.
The only download is the AI models, once (about 3.7 GB, over Wi-Fi). After that, Brain Memo works in airplane mode.
Built for Arabic
Arabic and English, not Arabic as an afterthought.
People don't stick to one language in a meeting, so Brain Memo doesn't either. It transcribes Arabic and English in the same conversation, and its search knows that أحمد and احمد are the same name.
- The whole app in Arabic or English, right-to-left done properly
- Summaries in the language you choose
- Search ignores tashkeel and variant spellings

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does Brain Memo really work without the internet?
Yes. You need a connection once, to download the AI models (about 3.7 GB, or 6.7 GB for the higher-quality models on phones with 8 GB of RAM or more). After that, recording, transcription, summaries, translation, search and AI Chat all work in airplane mode.
Where are my recordings stored?
Only on your phone, in the app's private storage, with transcripts and summaries in an encrypted database. Brain Memo has no servers that receive your data, and you don't create an account.
Which languages does it support?
Arabic and English, including conversations that mix the two. The app itself is available in both languages, and you can choose which language summaries are written in.
Which phones can run it?
Android 11 or later on a 64-bit phone. Because the AI runs on the phone, we recommend 6 GB of RAM or more; phones with 8 GB or more get larger, more accurate models.
Can it tell people apart?
Yes. Brain Memo detects when the speaker changes and labels each voice. Name a speaker once and choose to remember the voice, and they'll be recognized in later recordings too.
How long can a recording be?
As long as you need: a full lecture or an afternoon of meetings. Recording keeps going with the screen off, and long transcripts are summarized in parts so nothing is cut off.
Remember every conversation. Share none of them.
Brain Memo is coming soon to Android. Leave the cloud out of your meetings.
